Memory Kids data for each assessment to insure that all statistics and reports are accurate.

MemoryKids is continueously totaling and organizing data to be ready to generate reports. This speeds the presentation of reports and graphs. If those calculations become corrupted by a power outage or other problem, the calculations can be regenerated from the most basic data. The main button "Update Data Analysis" performs a complete wipe of the previous calculations and totals. It then generates a fresh and completely new calculation and totals.

If you choose not to carry data from one Assessment to the next, but later decide that you want to, you must "Clean Up" the "Data File". This button makes sure that any later Assessment is recorded at least as high as the previous Assessment.

If you import data from Version 2.3, you must first "Clean Up" the "Data File" and then "Update Data Analysis".
