This form is used to add and delete classes for use in the student biographical data. The black arrow to the left indicates which class is currently selected. Editing a class name is done by selecting the text to be edited and typing. These changes will be reflected in the student biographical data.

WARNING! When a class is deleted, all associated students and data are deleted as well. Make backups often. If you do not want to delete the students and data with the class, then the students must be reassigned to another class before deleteing the class.

The count field displays the number of Students that are currently assigned to each Class.

The Site field may be filled in to group Classes together into groups. A button is provided in the Configure Data form under the Setup Tab that will split up the database by Sites.
