Most of these buttons are linked to screens explaining the forms and actions. The box with the X is also linked to the form or menu that you came from. Click around and try them out.

MemoryKids is multi-lingual English and Spanish with a simple menu and button interface. Click on the buttons or tabs to move to other menus, forms, or reports. To view Spanish menus, forms, and reports simple select Spanish from the drop down box on this form. One drop down box selects the display language for the forms and reports, while the other selects the display language for the menus (some forms are just used to call reports, and are changed with the menus rather than the forms.) This can be done at anytime, but will only affect the forms and reports opened after it is selected. To switch back to English simply select English from the drop down box.

To select an item from the list or tabs, click on the button or text.

"Enter Data By Class" and "Enter Data by Student" both bring up forms to mark Indicators as mastered or partially mastered and view statistics by class. These are the only forms where assessment data can be recorded. They are the most used forms in MemoryKids.

"Edit Student Biographical Data" brings up a form to enter and delete students and edit student information.

"Edit Classes" brings up a form to enter and delete classes.

" Update Data Analysis" brings up a form to clear and redo all data analysis. MemoryKids totals and combines data preparing for reports while you work. If the totals ever become corrupt, they can be regenerated using this form.

"Edit Users and Passwords" bring up a form to enter delete or edit users, their passwords, and their access rights. It also allows a user to be restricted to access a single class.

"Edit Switchaboard Rights" bring up a form to change the level of access required for each menu item.

"Exit Program" will quit the program.
