MemoryKids reports outcomes by student, class, and district for all students and for those with special needs. MemoryKids is dynamic in that Domains, Elements, and Indicators can be added or deleted easily by the user. It grows or shrinks as needed to accommodate thousands of indicators and students. You choose how many assessments up to twelve. Partial accomplishment or partial mastery may be recorded with up to four levels or just one. The data entry form: allows the entire class to edited at the same time for fast entry; it can be customized left to right or right to left as well as the number of indicators displayed at once; frames from one page of indicators to the next; has an undo button to return the the last edited state; and can be edited by fencing in or dragging your mouse. A number of special groups can be defined to track students with any variety of relationships such as race, gender, age, special needs, and etc. MemoryKids has tools to split up the data by class groups to copies for remote centers and later combine it together again for outcomes reporting. All reports are dynamically labeled for the specific grantee that owns the license. A wide variety of graphs can be easily generated to report outcomes by student class or grantee graphing specific indicators elements or domains. All calculations and totaling are done on the fly, meaning as you go, avoiding the need for reprocessing before reports can be run. All forms, reports, and graph labels can be displayed is English, Spanish, and up to two additional languages upon completion of a user accessible table. Existing student data can be imported from the latest HISFIS data file types. Access to individual forms and reports can be restricted by password and user. Individual teachers can be restricted to access their classes data only. All this and much more.
