The menus in MemoryKids may be restricted by user. Each user is assigned a level of access or rights. That user is restricted to only those menus and options with a level of access or rights lower than or equal to those of the user.

The access within some forms may also be resticted by class, if a specific Class is selected for that user. If no class is selected then the user will have access to all classes within those forms.

Each user is able to define and select a specific Update Tracking Setup or configuration for the Update Tracking form. If none is defined then the system wide default will be used.
